- Cancellations must be made by calling the salon during business hours.
- Same-day rescheduling is considered a same-day cancellation.
- Bookings canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Missed bookings without notice may be charged 100% of the scheduled service before future bookings.
