At Salon Arcaro, our goal is to provide every guest with an exceptional salon experience in a relaxing and professional environment. To help us stay on schedule and provide the highest quality service to every client, we ask that you review the following policies before your appointment. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Recommended arrival time before your scheduled service.
Requested for cancellations and rescheduling.
May apply when a scheduled service is missed without notice.
Appointment Arrival
Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows enough time to get settled and ensures your service can begin on time.
If you expect to be late, please contact the salon as soon as possible. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment may need to have their service adjusted or rescheduled to avoid impacting the remainder of the day's appointments.
If we are unable to complete your originally scheduled service due to late arrival, the full cost of the reserved service may still apply.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent in advance. Cancellations must be made by calling the salon during business hours. Same-day rescheduling is considered a same-day cancellation.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Missed Appointments (No-Shows)
Clients who miss an appointment without notice may be charged 100% of the scheduled service before booking future appointments.
Salon Scheduling
While we make every effort to honor every appointment as scheduled, there are occasions when adjustments are necessary.
If your stylist needs to reschedule or cancel, Salon Arcaro will notify you as soon as possible and work to find the next available appointment that fits your schedule.
Service Adjustments
Please note that the longevity and appearance of hair color and chemical services can be affected by home care products, excessive heat styling, hard water, medications, swimming, and other outside factors.
Because of this, Salon Arcaro reserves the right to determine whether a complimentary adjustment is appropriate.
Pricing
Service pricing may change as we continue to expand our education, techniques, and service offerings.
Prices may vary by stylist based on experience, education, and specialty. If you would like an estimate before your appointment begins, please let your stylist know and they will be happy to provide one.
